Kellie and Andrea have a special gift to understand their dancers and provide choreography that fits their dance ability and challenges them at the same time. I am always in awe of the pieces they put together and how cohesively the girls dance. As a parent of a dancer, I am appreciative of how open the teachers are to my questions, concerns, or suggestions. They are so passionate about dance and it really shows on stage. My daughter has grown so much as a dancer and a person through their leadership, teaching techniques, and love of dance.
I have been a student of Ms Kellie and Ms Andrea for the past four years. I was in the dance company/competition team that was led by them. I always looked forward to company night! I looked forward to the new choreography, the friendships I had formed with other dancers, and the feeling of achievement by attaining new skills. I have been dancing since I was 3 and I feel these teachers know my strengths and weaknesses to help me grow as a dancer better than anyone. They have a gift of uniting a group of dancers to perform as one. I love the feeling of being challenged and mastering it to the level of perfection that the teachers strive for.
My daughter has been dancing with the Legacy teachers for the past 5 years. In that time she has changed from an average, dedicated ballet and tap dancer, to an exceptional, passionate, well rounded artist. I cannot thank Ms Andrea and Ms Kellie enough for all they have done to build my daughter into the strong person and performer she is today. While these three ladies nurture a love of dance in their students, they do it with understanding, and without pressure. They have built a dance family in which their students grow together to achieve their highest goals. Thank you Legacy teachers!!!
The Legacy instructors are awesome! They challenge their dancers and it shows in the dancers confidence and technique. My girls love and respect them
